A culture of proximity

Culture Autrement offers to share professional skills for arts education, cultural democratization, development of consciousness and citizenship, through workshops, residencies and meetings that are open to all, young and not so young, amateur or uninitiated, professionals… This is an intuitive approach to art, workshops of reflection and creation, meetings and artist residencies, a culture of proximity.

To the public of all ages (children, youth and adults), Culture Autrement proposes to participate in workshops to discover the cultural and artistic practices in a process of active curiosity, to understand and appropriate technical and creative tools disciplines proposed. The apprehension of the classic or contemporary works, as of the world which surrounds us, is modified there.

To the artists, Culture Autrement offers to exchange and confront their knowledge and experience of their disciplines and their techniques, through meetings and residences opened to the public, for parts. As much opportunity to imagine new projects, to meet the public, to make contact with structures and places of production and to consider possible collaborations.

This is to offer a privileged space for artists and audiences: Culture Autrement proposes a culture that lives next to our home, to our city, village or neighborhood, because the artistic meeting is favorable to the imagination and conviviality.
